Acceptance

By creating an account or using appusula you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The service

appusula provides ASO and app-intelligence tooling. Public-data features rely on sanctioned public endpoints; owner-authenticated features require you to connect your own App Store Connect, RevenueCat, or Apple Search Ads accounts. You are responsible for having the rights to connect those accounts.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to violate any platform's terms, scrape prohibited data, or infringe intellectual property.
• Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via our payment processor. Plan limits are enforced as described on the pricing page. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Data & accuracy

Metrics such as keyword "volume" are presented as relative indices, not absolute figures, because the stores do not publish them. We provide estimates and analysis "as is" without warranty of accuracy. ASO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, appusula is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
